Very friendly staff, from reception to the workshop. Waited 2 minutes in the waiting area and a technician came to collect my keys. In about 15 he came back and reported the issue to me, even took me to the workshop to show me what the issue was. Sorted out the issue in less than 30 minutes. Thank you RSS

On March 20, we were on our way from the Natal South Coast to Plettenberg Bay when at Queenstown we lost the power steering of our Mercedes Benz ML class while towing our caravan! What a problem! At the Nanaga Padstal, about 70 km north of PE, we were referred to Revolution Steering Specialists by telephone inquiries through a garage in Humansdorp. A complication was that it was the 20th of March, already after 9h00 and the next day was a holiday. The friendly lady gave directions and said they would do their best to be helpful. Late morning we were received. We were made at home in their neat reception hall and offered coffee. The owner paid personal attention to us, our car was immediately taken in, repaired and washed in less than 2 hours! The service was extremely friendly and professional. It is truly a pleasure to receive such friendly service (and in Afrikaans).
