The level of skill built up throughout this period is undoubtedly the edge that we pride ourselves in, in this industry. Revolution Steering Specialists (RSS) was the re-birth of an existing general vehicle repair and steering workshop. Andre Andrade started his business in 1985 offering general vehicle repairs and became the pioneer in specialised steering remanufacturing processes. He recognised an increased demand for rendering a specialised service for steering and has grown a highly successful business from there. In 2005 Linda Andrade joined the business and has been instrumental in bringing valuable systems and planning to the business.
We believe happy staff equals happy customers. As such, we set out to provide an uplifting, fair and equitable workplace. RSS adhere to labour and wage policies as set out by the Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO).

Andre Andrade
Business Partner
Qualified motor mechanic, also a specialist in power steering. You could refer to him as the captain of the ship, guiding the team on all levels with his expertise and years of valuable experience built up.
Linda Andrade
Business Partner
Keeping the administrative and financial areas in good stead. Innovative and creative director in steering the business to new heights.
Eckard Kemp
Operations Manager
Sees to the smooth running of all departments in the workshop; Specialising in all facets of suspensions, also taking over from the steering guru, Andre – he recently joined our dynamic team, is very neat and organised, soaking up all the knowledge, fast becoming our new steering specialist. The customers love his polite mannerism and a true asset to the team.

AKA Teesco has worked for Andre for over 30 years, has a wealth of knowledge on general repairs, services and brakes – part of the furniture.

Assisting with the power steering, general assembly and fitting, started in the washbay and worked his way up, been with the company for over 10 years – the clown of the workshop.

Upon visiting or phoning RSS, you will be met with a friendly and warm welcome from this lovely lady – vibrant and lively, a real pleaser – will do her utmost to keep the customer happy and informed. She deals with sales, accounts and is the all-over goto person.
